DESCRIPTION
A medium heavy coated rutile type air hardening electrode for hard surfacing application on mild steel, carbon steel and low alloy steel where 550 Brinell hardness is required. The welds are non machinable and can be ground slag Is easily detachable.
APPLICATIONS
Suitable for the surfacing on metal cutting and forming tools, shears and croppers, oil expellers, cane cutting knives, conveyor buckets and mixer blades etc. Deposit should not be more than 3 layers. In difficult steel or carbon steel cushioning layer is recommended using P-401.

PRECAUTIONS
